These Classes are for students appearing in November 2013 to November 2014 Exam.
Please write FULL NAME in CAPITAL letters only. Fill valid Email ID and correct Mobile No. without any prefix like 91, 0, +, &, @ etc. WE DON'T SEND ANY SMS TO PHONE NUMBERS REGISTERED WITH DO NOT DISTURB REGISTRY. In such cases you need to inquire on your own, about all or any information that we send to students.
We have discretion to allot you Face to Face batch or Satellite batch. ALLOTMENT OF BATCHES SHALL BE AT OUR DISCRETION.
Please take print out of this form after clicking submit button, otherwise your registration number will not be generated and you will not be considered as registered student. Remember your PASSWORD & Login-Id (Regn.ID) for future reference. You can update your Mobile No. & Address after logging in later on also.
If your admission is not confirmed in May 2013 batch, You can get confirmed admisision for November 2013 batches by payment of Registration charges of Rs 1000. You will be charged fees applicable at that time and registration amount will be adjusted against it. Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. You will be deemed to have accepted conditions relating to subsequent batch.
You will be informed about your admission status through Email only within 7 days of online submitting of application. If your admission is confirmed you will be called to submit fees within 7 days. Fees can be by way of cash or Demand Draft in name of Parveen Sharma, payable at Delhi. You need to submit this Registration Form along with 2 Photographs with your name, registration ID at back and COPY OF ICAI REGISTRATION LETTER & I CARD WITH PROOF OF YOUR IDENTITY.These documents along with Fees will be submitted at Convention Centre, Ground Floor, Indian Medical Association Building, ITO, New Delhi 110001. Admissions are on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS but preference will be given to students having exam in November 2013.
Total Fees is Rs 22000 (all inclusive). Fees once paid is NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. In case student is unable to attend classes this amount will be forfeited. Request for transfer to satellite batches will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Yor will be issued temporary receipt when you pay your fees at our counters. You can download your actual receipt by logging in at www.smartteachca.com.
Classes will be held at Shah Auditorium 2,Raj Niwas Marg, Civil Lines, Delhi. Class Timings are 6.30AM to 10.45AM. Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, BATCH WILL BE OVER BY 14th August 2013.
Books, Bags and I Card will be issued before initiation of classes at SmartTeachCA, Indian Medical Association, Indra Prastha Marg, Near CR Building, ITO, New Delhi. Students can collect their books from 12th to 14th May 2013. Students will be sent Email/SMS for collecting their material. Books will not be distributed at Laxmi Nagar office or Shah Auditorium.
